Membership Terms for All of my Graphics

What members can use my graphics for?

• All of my graphics are all 100% original mouse drawn images that I have created,I create all of my graphics with my Windows Paint program.You will never see a scanned image here!I do not use anyone else`s work nor do I use any scanned images to make my graphics!My graphics are not public domain.If you use any of my graphics you must apply a link and credit back to me and my site at http://www.cutecountrysidegraphics.com(If you are using any of my graphics on the internet than you must apply an active link back to me!)
  (if you are not using my graphics on the internet then you must apply a hand written link back to me!).
• You may use my graphics to decorate your non-commercial or commerical website, family friendly homepage or school or school related(educational pages:)
• You may mix and match between the background sets. My graphics can be used to make crafts,school projects,at home projects,at the office projects,scrapbooking,recipe cards, and anything within this general nature o:)
• You may use my graphics on items that are for sale to the public,just long as you are giving credit back to me(CCSG) some where on whatever it is that you are selling..like crafts,tee shirts,scrapbooking stuff,and etc…
• You may not resell my graphics,they can only be used on items for sale!,Nor add them to other graphic collections that will be for sale or not for sell!
• You can not post any of our graphics in any Message Boards,Guestbooks and etc., offering them to other members of your message boards and etc.,!You may not redistribute or pass around any of our graphics to the public/or friends for any reason! Anyone wanting to use our graphics Must Become A Registered Member before using any of our graphics!!
• You may not change,alter or modify any of my graphics to (for any reason)make your own graphics!This will not be permitted!
• You may not use any of my graphics in Tubes/(such as PSP tubes)!This will not be permitted!
• You may not use any of my graphics in any Groups/Yahoo Groups and etc..!!This will not be permitted!
• You may not use my graphics on sites that promote Hate,Pornography,any thing illegal!This will not be premitted
• If any member breaks any of my terms regarding the usage of my graphics,then they may be banded/blocked from the members sections/entire site,loosing all rights to using any of my graphics,and they will also loose the membership fee,no refunds will be made!
• I Karen White,Cute Countryside Graphics have all rights to change or add any new terms regarding the use of my graphics and membership at any time needed!
